GRAVITY?

• Our planets' gravity keeps us (literally) Down to earth.
• Without it, with enough force, we would be able to jump off the earth and float away.
• Gravity keeps our water on the planet.

SUN'S LIGHT?

• Sunlight gives plants the food they need to complete photosynthesis.
• Without it, earth would be a cold, frozen, snowball.

HOW IS IT USED?

• We use gravity and sunlight every day.
• Sunlight keeps us warm.☀️
• Gravity keeps us together.⬇️

ATMOSPHERE

• Made up of?
• What does it do?
• Gravity?

MADE UP OF?

• 75% nitrogen
• 25% oxygen -also know as-
• 100%air
• Plants continually replace the cO2 with O2

WHAT DOES IT DO?

• Our breathable atmosphere protects us from the Suns UV rays.

GRAVITY?

• Gravity keeps the atmosphere around us.

NECESSARY FOR LIFE

• HOW DO THE SUN AND THE ROTATION OF THE EARTH HELP SUPPORT LIFE?
• Why would photosynthesis be difficult on Venus?

• The sun allows us heat, energy , and 4 seasons is which different plants thrive.

WOULD PHOTOSYNTHESIS BE DIFFICULT ON VENUS?

• Photosynthesis would be very difficult on Venus. First off, Venus has no plants. That's the biggest problem. Without bringing any plants, there is no way for photosynthesis to occur.

CLIMATE? WHY?

• Earths average temperature is 57° f.
• The weather gives us rain which is vital for plant growth.

MOST IMPORTANT? WHY?

• Water and our temperature are vital to life on earth. They are also the key to destroying us. To hot, all water evaporates! To cold, it all freezes. Without water, we all die.
