The computer is something helpful when you need to ask questions, get information, pinpoint places in the world, books in the library and need help with school assignments.

In 1939, Hewlett-Packard (HP) was founded. David Packard and Bill Hewlett founded it in a Palo Alto, California garage. Their first mechanism was the 200A Audio Oscillator which was most appealing to engineers.

In 1973, the Micral was created. It was the first commercial personal computer. Thi Troung created the the Micral as a replacement for mini computers in situations that didn't require high performance.

Finally, the first Apple Macintosh was established in 1984. It was the first successful mouse-driven computer with a graphic user interface. There were also applications that came with it such as MacPaint and MacWrite.
