Roles

  • Comms. Director: a part of the Board, in charge of both external and internal communications
  • UNYA Comms. Group: administrates and coordinates communications activities across all groups
  • Comms. Teams: teams/persons within a specific working group

Communication within unya

  • Platform: Podio
  • Procedure: all working groups use Podio to coordinate projects and communicate with other UNYA volunteers
  • How: Upon joining UNYA you must send an email to info@unya.dk to be added to our Podio group

  • How: Comms. Director grants admin access to comms. teams within working groups.

Merchendise, POSTERS, FLYERS

  • Dept. Responsible: Comms. Director & Treasurer
  • Procedure: Printing budget must be approved by Treasurer before Comms. Teams print anything they want reimbursed. Comms. Director is currently working on getting posters.
  • How: Comms. Teams bring needs to Comms. Director who contacts Treasurer.
