This is a review for my colorguard final exam. For this exam we have to create and design a winterguard show with all original content.

My show is about losing a person you love and what it is like going through the grieving process

i chose the song halo by beyonce because the lyrics really fit the show.

I Incorporated a lot of black and dark colors within the uniform to represent death and grieving. The hair is a curled ponytail because it is simple and elegant.

My floor is a halo to symbolize death and angels, plus it relates back to the song.

i am using a white bench and flower petals to add to the idea of grieving. The petals are symbols of the death and funeral because when you visit a grave you usually bring flowers. The bench is used to represent the lack of energy you have when you are grieving and how you need something to support you.

I chose these flags to represent what your mind is going through when you are grieving. The first flag goes from black to white which represents a state of depression and the final gold flag represents when you get over the depression and you realize that you should be celebrating the life lived rather than one lost.

Again this is gonna be part of my final for my color guard class. This is not an actual show, only something which I have created
