What is coding?
Coding is what is actully behind the scenes of games and websites, it is also the way people control or make stuff, for example a robot needs to have a code (kind of like a mission) to move and work. If you have ever heard of programming its actually really alike.

Why do we code?
Lots of people program and code for applications, websites and games!but not all coders and programmers are good! Some will hack and some will create viruses which take over people's programs that they programmed!

If we couldn't code (no one) there would be nothing because robots would need to be coded to move and do something so we would have nothing. We would only have simple technology such as axes and shovels and live a model life.

The first virus was created in 1983
Most people are intimidated by the thought of learning how to program, however as with anything, the more you practice and repeatedly do that task, the easier it gets.

Why Do We Need Code?
We need code for many reason! And one of them is that we need to control stuff like robots and remote control cars. We also use coding in factories for the arms that make stuff, as you know they are coded.
