Anyone who knows me well, knows I love coconut and try to include in my diet daily. Practically lived off of them in Hawaii (lying all over the streets) and since living in Asia, I hate to miss a day without.
Plentiful in all Southeast Asian countries but the biggest and juiciest (45 US cents per one) I found to be in the Philippines (beers cheap there too).
So I hope that you enjoy the brief presentation and if you have anything to share please let me know.

Yield: 4-6 servings
1 can (20 oz.) crushed pineapple, undrained
1 pint frozen vanilla ice cream
1 cup coconut milk (not cream of coconut)
Place all ingredients in a blender. Cover and blend on high until smooth. Serve immediately!

The BEST drink ever! Hawaiian Lava Flow:
1oz Light rum 1oz Malibu coconut rum 2oz strawberries 1 banana 2oz pineapple juice 2oz coconut cream Blend banana, coconut cream & pineapple juice in blender.In bottom of hurricane glass stir together both rums & strawberries. Pour fruit mix slowly into glass.Garnish with pineapple wedge
