  • Examples: Rain Forest and the Arctic.

REPRODUCTION

  • Mate on breeding seasons
  • This is called monogramous
  • Males attract the female mate
  • Takes place usually on females back
  • Internal fertilization

EATING

  • Aves eat in a wide range.
  • From dead animals to other birds.
  • They also eat fruit and grains
  • And small rodents and insects.
  • Some eat nectar.

ROLE IN NICHE

  • Aves help maintain their surrounding environment
  • Aid in dispersal in plants
  • Help control pest by taking them to feed young
  • And apparently indicate pollution effects
