My Christopher Columbus timeline

• 1451: Columbus was born in Genoa, Italy.
• 1465: Columbus first time sailing as a teenager.
• 1476: His first ship was wrecked by pirates.
• 1480: He sailed between Portual and the Iceland.
• 1485: He sails west to Spain.

• 1493: Columbus sails along the cost of the Bahamas.
• 1493: He had the King and Queen of Spain pay for his trip back to America the 3rd time.
• 1502: He was found guilty for the crimes he was accused of.
• 1506: He goes back to Spain.
• 1506: Christopher Columbus dies.

My thought We'll he wasn't that much of a good man. But I think that he was bad because, he tried to convert the natives. He convinced that he discovered land that people were already living on. He traded with the natives unfairly then sent them to Spain as slaves. He destroyed a whole population and its culture, religion, and traditions. And he lied when he said he had alot of gold and he didn't. So he did do a lot of bad things.
