Chocolate Fondue

How Wilton Chocolate Melting Pots Are Bringing Sexy Back

Ingredients

  • 1 1/4 c. Whole milk or eavy cream
  • 1tsp. Pure Vanilla extract
  • 2Tbs. Unsalted butter
  • 6oz. Ghirardelli 70% Cacao Extra Bittersweet Chocolate baking bar
  • 6oz. Ghirardelli Milk Chocolate baking bar
  • 2Tbs. Chocolate Liqueur (optional)

Making Fondue

  • Heat milk, butter, and vanilla in a medium sauce pan until it starts to simmer.
  • Take off heat and stir in the 70% Cacao and Milk chocolate bar pieces.
  • For adults only: stir in chocolate liqueur with the chocolate bars.
  • Stir until melted and smooth.

Dipping Time

  • Pour mixture into the Wilton Chocolate Electric Pro Melting Pot and switch to "Warm".
  • Start dipping your favorite fondue snacks. Fruit, cookies, pieces of cake, etc.
  • Eat and Enjoy!
