FACTS
Cheetah's are the only cat in the cat the cat family that can't pur.
Cheetah's are the fastest animal on land.
One reason why cheetah's run so fast is because of their tails so if you cut it off it won't be as fast.
The way you can tell a cheetah from the other big cats is that they have black lines from the bottom of their eyes to the top of their mouth.

HABITATS
Grasslands.
Dry open areas.
Up in the north of africa.

ADAPTATIONS
They are usally found near their prey.
Have flexable spines so they can run faster to catch their prey.
Enlarged nostrills and lungs that allows them to take in air quikly while sprinting.
Cheetah's tails mesure up to 30 in. Long and helps them keep their balence.

In conclusion cheetah's are very amazing animals and have great background and are very cool facts.
Something i learned about cheetah's is that they are almost always near their prey.
Also that their tails help them balence witch makes them run faster.
