  • The big dog is density
  • The way to measure density is d=m/v
  • The density of water is 1gram per cubic centimeter

  • This is a property were it is easy to undo
  • Some good examples are water
  • Water in room tempature is water
  • But at freezing is ice
  • And at boiling is steam

  • Is a process were it can not be undone
  • An example is with baking soda and viniger
  • The vinegar reacts with the baking soda releasing CO2

  • Fizzing
  • Light
  • Change in color
  • Change in aroma

MASS VS VOLUME

  • Volume is how mutch space somthing takes up
  • volume is measured in cm3 or length
  • mass is how heavy something is

VOLUME

  • Volume is the size
  • It is measured by L*H*W
  • Volume can be meshured by a ruler
  • And displacement
  • Displacement is a object in a gratuaded cylender

GRATUATED CYLINDER

  • You take the volume of the water
  • And subtract by the end volume of the object
  • And you get volume in mL
  • And 1cm= 1mL
