Melted Chocolate

The melted chocolate is a Physical change because it has changed shape and its appearance. The change is reversible because you can change the chocolate back in to a solid but it wouldn't be the same shape it was in before. This is because the molecules were in a different shape before you melted it then they separated and if you turned it into a solid it would be in a different shape.The melted chocolate was a solid but then turned into a liquid, so it has changed from a solid to a liquid.
Burning Candle

The burning candle is a solid to a gas because the wax from the candle travels up the flame and the wax turns in to a gas. A burning candle is a chemical change because the wax travels up the flame and turns into a gas because of this the burning candle is a irreversible change.

The Berocca and water is a irreversible change because the Berocca tablet dissolves and it is absorbed into the water. It is also a chemical change because can't get the berocca tablet to change back into the solid form. It is a solid to a liquid because the solid chocolate has been heated and melted in to a liquid but it has been heated to long so it has been burnt. The burnt chocolate is a irreversible change because it has been burnt and you can't make things that are burnt not burnt.

The frozen milk is a reversible change because it has been frozen with coolness and to change it back to normal milk you have to heat. This is a physical change because it has changed it appearance and its shape, it is a liquid to a solid because the milk started out as a liquid and then cooled to make it a solid.

The glass of salt and water is a reversible change because if you mix the salt and water you can separate the two by heating the container they are in and evaporating the water and the salt will be in the bottom of the container. It is a chemical change because the salt has been dissolved into a liquid. The salt and water is a solid to a liquid because the salt starts out as a solid then turns into a liquid by being dissolved.
Glass of water, bicarbonate of soda and citric acid

The glass of water bicarbonate of sod and citric acid is a irreversible change because when you mix the three together you can't separate then because they form into a gas. It is a chemical change because it is a solid to a gas.

The spilt vinegar is a liquid to a gas because it has been evaporated in to the air. It is a chemical change because it has been created into a gas. It is also reversible change because if you cool the room and condensation forms, which is the vinegar.
