Hypothesis
Ho. There is no significant relationship between the profile of the respondents and factors of the database system affecting the satisfaction level of the employees.

Scope and Limitation
This study aimed to determine the factors of the database system affecting the satisfaction level of the employees in manufacturing department of Sun Power Company.
The study composed the tenacity and analysis on the evaluation of the database system and its factors affecting the satisfaction level of the users in the manufacturing area. This only considered some factors of the system that is to be evaluated by means of employees’ satisfaction level to the database system: flexibility, accuracy and reliability, speed, efficiency, and safety and security.
Further, the study was limited for the employees of Sun Power Corporation located at 100 East Main Avenue, Laguna Technopark Special Economic Zone, Binan, Laguna, which uses database system. They will be evaluated by giving questionnaires and conducting interviews.

Research Design
This study was conducted with the aid of a survey questionnaire which is prepared by the researchers to determine the evaluation of database system and the factors affecting the satisfaction level of the employees in Manufacturing Department of Sun Power Company. The word survey signifies the gathering of data regarding present condition. A survey is useful in providing the value of facts and focusing attention on the most important things to be reported. From the data gathered, the researcher tabulates analyses and interprets the data then, proves that the facts gathered are of value to the researcher in particular and to the subjects in general.
The researchers describe the variables from different angles to provide information about the features of a database system. The objective of this research is to describe the correlation of the age of the employees to the factors affecting their satisfaction level of the database system, and to describe the data and characteristics about what is being studied.

Population and Sampling Plan
The researcher used the Convenience sampling, a non-probability sampling technique where subjects are selected because of their convenient accessibility and proximity to the researcher. The subjects are selected just because they are easiest to recruit for the study and the researcher did not consider selecting subjects that are representative of the entire population.
The total number of respondents is 50 while the sample size is 30 which comprises of user of database in manufacturing department of Sun Power Company.

Research Instruments
For this study, the survey questionnaire instruments were used achieve the main objective of the study. A self-administered questionnaire was distributed to the selected employees of the Manufacturing Department who are using the said database system of Sun Power Company. The questionnaire given to the employees aimed to assess the factors in considering database system. In addition, this also aims to evaluate the satisfaction level of the user in each factor to be considered. In general, the factors to be considered will be rank and will give the factor to be considered the most.
The questionnaire was structured in such a way that respondents will be able to answer it easily. Thus, the set of questionnaire was structured using the Likert format with a five-point response scale. A Likert Scale is a rating scale that requires the subject to indicate his or her degree of agreement or disagreement to a statement. In this type of questionnaire, the respondents were given five response choices. These options served as the quantification of the participants' agreement or disagreement on each question item.

Statistical Treatment of Data

  • Weighted Mean
  • Ranking
  • Pearson r correlation
  • Chi- square test

Summary of Findings
The information gathered states the following findings:
1. The demographic profile of the respondents:
1.1 The age of the respondents varies between 25 yrs. old and 36 yrs. old.
1.2 The gender of the respondents states that there are 18 Male and 12 female
2. The satisfaction level of the factors of the database system in terms of:
2.1 The flexibility of the database system is rated very good by the respondents, they find the usage of database as flexible when it comes to creating data file from the as a separate data file.
2.2 The Speed of the database system is rated very good by the respondents they find the usage of database fast when it comes to inputting of data.

2.3 The Accuracy and Reliability is rated excellent by the respondents they find the system accurate and reliable when it comes to double entry key of data’s.
2.4 The Efficiency of the system is rated very good by the respondents they find the database system efficient when it comes to notification that needed changes.
2.5 The Safety and Security of the system is rated excellent by the respondents they find the system safe and secured when it comes to keeping personal account secured.
3. The factor that is considered the most is the Safety and Security with the highest weighted mean of 4.556.
4. The correlation of the age of the employees’ overall satisfaction level to the factors of the database system is 0.059, which is a very small positive correlation that suggests a very small relationship between the age and the factors of database system.
5. The critical value of the correlation of the age of the employees and the factors affecting the satisfaction level of the employees’ is greater than the computed value which is the Pearson r correlation therefore the null hypothesis is accepted.
6. The computed value of the is relationship of the gender employees and the factors affecting the satisfaction level of the employees’ less than the tabular value of the chi-square therefore the null hypothesis is accepted.

Conclusions:
The researchers therefore conclude the following:
Among the five factors of the database system the Safety and Security got the highest mean of (x ̅=4.566) and both Flexibility and Efficiency got the lowest mean of (x ̅=3.466).
The relationship of the factors of the database system affecting the satisfaction level of the employees and the age of the employees who use it states that Safety and Security got the highest correlation (0.2701) and Accuracy and Reliability got the lowest correlation (-0.014)
There is no significant relationship between the factors of the database system affecting the satisfaction level of the employees to the profile of the respondents since the critical value is greater than the computed value which is the Pearson r correlation and the computed value is less than the tabular value of the chi-square.

Recommendations:
1. To the Business owner, they must consider the satisfaction level of the employees with regards to the database system since they are the one who stores highly confidential data. Getting to know better on their perspectives with the system they are using will enhance their performance on the industry in a much competitive way.
2. To the Government, they must give importance into having an advanced database system especially the different department that has highly confidential data and must not be known publicly. They must invest into software having a much advanced version and capability of storing and securing data.
3. To the students, getting involved into database system requires a great knowledge on the system itself. They must know how database system were used in different field in order for them to gasp the innovation that can be made for further advancement and enhancement of the said database system.

4. To the researcher, they must focus on
designing database system for future use. Different factors must be considered and from those factors there is still needed improvements and innovation in terms of advancement.
5. To the system admin, they should consider the difficulty of the password in order to secure data’s from the hackers and unwanted guest.
6. It is suggested that there will be implementation of plans regarding the deeper study of database system so that awareness will be easily implemented for a much effective and useful database system among different company.
