THE HISTORY...

  • Cattle ranching in the Amazon began during 1990-2003.
  • The cattle doubled from 26.6 million to 64 million.
  • There was evidence confirming that cattle ranching is the #1 deforestation driver.

THE CONNECTION...

  • The cattle ranching is because of Brazil's currency.
  • Cattle ranching is popular because of low production costs.

HOW WE PRESERVE

  • We leave the wildlife alone.
  • Improvise with the space we herd our cattle.
  • Recycle anything we used.
  • We use products that are all natural.
  • We try not to pollute the rainforest.

HOW WE HELP BRAZIL

  • Animals- give to the people for food.
  • Investors for the local markets around Brazil.
  • Cattle ranching is a solid and stable investment.

HOW WE HELP GLOBALLY

  • Utilize practices to make more beef with fewer natural resources.
  • Adopt a "locovore" diet (only eat local foods) for the cattle we raise.
  • Use compost and cow manure as fertilizers that are used on farms, golf courses, gardens, etc.
  • Use manure for biofuels.

  • We don't cut down all the trees.
