To play spin better than any other club in the competition

To be the most mentally tough club in the competition

Mental toughness in Australian Football is a collection of values, attitudes, behaviors, and emotions that enable you to persevere and overcome any obstacle, adversity, or pressure experienced, but also to maintain concentration and motivation when things are going well to consistently achieve your goals.

As you become stringer mentally, it will become easier to stick to your plan under fire, under pressure

The best plan is usually the one you thought of a couple of days before the game, or while having a quiet coffee.

As opposed to the one that comes to u as the bowler is halfway thru his run up or as the batter has hit a couple of good shots for 4

Mentally strong we will remember the plan 2 days ago which was well thought thru and when we had a clear mind.

Peter Streker will be in to do a couple of group sessions with us to assist us with this area of our game as well as the coaches here before you tonight.
