HANDING IN
Second visit - It is likely that this will include OFSTED style lesson observation criteria to help establish the quality of your lesson within this standard format. This is designed to be a positive process, clearly if you deliver a Good lesson, you would be keen to know how to get to Outstanding etc... Don't forget that this judgement (especially in respect of pupil progress) looks at performance "over time", so it is not just your performance in the lesson but also how your efforts illustrate progress over time etc - this helps in the sense that if your lesson doesn't go to plan but there is evidence to show that you are having a positive impact on students over a sequence of lessons, you can still get a good outcome.
