Age and Effect
Over 13+ is a ok age to drink caffeine. It can damage your heart and brain after long term. You can get headache. If you stop drinking it you can cause a bit of harm to yourself.

AGE RANGE FOR CHILDREN - MAXIMUM DAILY CAFFEINE INTAKE

  • 4-6 | 45mg of caffeine a day
  • 7-9 | 62.5mg of caffeine a day
  • 10-12 | 85mg of caffeine a day
