M - A - E - Thie team earned the Architectural Design Award of Merit and 5th place the the Great Urban Reuse Home Cometition, where their work was displayed at the Home and Garden Show at the IX-Center.
M - A - E - CADD students are involved in numerous collaborative and project-based learning activities, both with other Excel TECC programs, and outside clients as well.
M - A - E - For the last 9 years, CAD seniors have collaborated with Excel TECC Construction Trades to design homes the Construction Trades students build.
M - A - E - CADD seniors designed the Eastlake Skate and Ramp Park last year, and Excel TECC Welding students are building the ramps this year. The park will open in Spring 2019. This project involves both engineering and architecture!
M - A - E - A CADD senior team is working with a team of Mayfield High School students and the STEM Engineering class to design the Mayfield STEAM Bus. These renderings were produced with Autodesk Revit.
M - A - E - A CADD team will collaborate with 6th grade STEM classes do design dollhouses, produce the house with our CNC equipment and collaborate on 3D-printed furniture. The completed houses will be donated to charity.
