.How to Stop Cyber Bullying. To stop cyber bullying you need to keep the evidence of the text or picture and then show it to an adult or teacher. If you don't keep evidence meaby the teacher or your the adult will not belive you.
.How kids change if they are bullyed. Kids who are bullyed can experience negative physical, school, and mental health issues. Kids who are bullyed experience: depression and anxiety, increased feelings of sadness and loneliness, loss of interest in activities they used to enjoy, decreased academic achievement, school partisipation. Children who are bullyed can still experience negative effects on their physical and mental health for more that 40 years. People that bullyied frequently as a children were at the increase risk of depression and anxiety, and more likely to report a lower quality of life at 50. Warwick University, tracked more than 1,400 people between the age of 9and 26, and found that bullying had long-terms.
Reserchers ask parents of their children had been exposed to bullying, at the age of 11. More that a quarter said they had been bullied and 15% bullied frequently. Researchers tests to see if the know effect of bullying presisted into adulthood. Those who were bullied frecuently depressed and had suicidal thoughts. Those bullied as children were more likely to be less educated.
Prof Louise Arseneault said " We need to move away from any perception that bulliyng is just an inevitable part of growing up. Teachers, parents and policy-makers should be aware that what happens in school playgrounds can have long-term repercussion for children".
The study said the harmful effect on bullying remained even when other factors including childhood IQ, emotions and behavior problems ere taken into account.
