• It was a normal day in Pompeii, kids helping fathers with chores.
• Unless you are wealthy, then you get to go to school.
• It was a happy and healthy city.

THE DISTRUCTION

• The ground started to rumble.
• People were running in fear.
• Some people stayed behind because of family
• Others thought it was the end of the world, therefore they thought there wasn't anything they could do so they stayed.

AFTER THE DISASTER

• Many people ended up losing their lives.
• The village was covered in hot ash.
• People were buried in layers and turned to rock.
• The whole village was destroid
