IT WAS MARCH 5, IN BOSTON ON KING STREET OUTSIDE WERE COLONIST AND BRITISH SOLDIERS YELLING. THE COLONIST WERE YELLING SOMETHING LIKE ”REMOVE THE TROOPS FROM OUR COLONIES”. I went by a black sailor and he said his name was crispus attucks. The presence of British troops in the city of Boston was increasingly unwelcome. The riot began when about 50 citizens attacked a British sentinel. A British officer, Captain Thomas Preston, called in additional soldiers, and these too were attacked, so the soldiers fired into the mob, killing 3 on the spot. A town meeting called demanding the removal of British troops and the trial of Captain Preston account of murder.A half of pale of blood was spilled in the snow today

In the case of Captain Preston he wasn't charged in any offense it was self defense. So The reason the colonists were so angry was because the British made a law that had the colonists pay a duty for paint, tea, glass, and other imports and during that time British troops were sent to Boston to try and make the colonists obey the order. The colonist said that Captain Preston ordered the troops to fire upon colonist. After everything the British Troops were removed from the 13 colonies. The colonist got what they wanted but on the other-hand British was upset and didn't like the idea
