What is "Borderless Education"?

• It is not amagic pill that will cure all of our educational diseases, but if we do not see beyond our geographical noses, we will stumble and fall.

There are wide rangers activities may consider such as:

• Online Training
• Off Shore Campuses
• Technology Assist Teaching
• Franchising of Curricula

Online Training means:

• A number of Filipino teachers today, like work from home, tutoring Japanese, Korean, and other foreign students. The language most in demand, needless to say, is English and Flipino teachers now compete with American or British online teachers despite the latter of being a "native speaker" of the language.

Off-shore Campuses means:

• Our constitution severely limits to foreign ownership of schools, we find it much more difficult than our ASEAN neighbors to invite foreign universities to set up campuses in our country.

Technology assist Teaching means:

• Has been the ibnvention of chalk and blackboard, but in the context of borderless education, the term refers to the use of the internet in classroom teaching

Franchising of Curricula means:

• A basic hving a stuudents pay for International Baccalaureate or as advanced as paying for the world's top school.

What can we do if vendors of learning management platforms or publishers of digital materials wants to make money from borderless education?

• The Borderless Education is costs a lot of money and most universities cannot afford if they do it on their own. But paying vendors and publishers, Schools will save much time, money, effort, and hardware in searching for the most appropriate internet tools for the students.
