Bonding

By Lulu Huang

A bond is the formation of a chemical substance with 2 or more molecules

Water is an everyday example of bonding
It has 2 Hydrogen and 1 Oxygen atoms

It has a covalent bond because it is shared within electrons with similar electronegativities. And Hydrogen is a special case that goes along with everything

There are 4 leftover electrons on oxygen, so it has a bent shape.
