Morning sickness

  • Nausea and vomiting are common during the first 3 months of pregnancy.  
  • Morning sickness can occur anytime of day
  • The hormone hCG is the prime suspect of nausea during pregnancy

Hair and skin changes

  • Some women get brownish or yellowish patches around their eyes and over the cheeks and nose
  • changes in texture and growth of hair and nails
  • some women report their hair falling out

  • It will eventually go away
  • No way to prevent it
