Board games that incorporate morals
The Landlord's game was designed by Lizzie Magie to display the social injustice caused by Gerogism, a form of property ownership that caused the owners to become extremely wealthy, but the tenants to become poorer and poorer. But, if the owner's were generous, they could have the rent money go into a communal pot which was then distributed to all of the players, making it easier for everyone.
The Indian game of Vaikuntapaali was made to teach morality and spirituality. It rewarded you for doing good deeds in the search for enlightenment by allowing you to climb the ladder on the board to get closer to the end (ladder of success), and punished you for bad deeds, such as murder, by sending you down a snake, representing evil, which sent you lower and away from the end. Once you reached the end of the board you reached eternal Nirvana.
board games that show immoral values
Monopoly, ironically based off of Landlord's Game, teaches it's players to brutally crush their opposition and establish a monopoly, hence the title.
Most every game made these days is based on fierce conflict and little to none are based on moral values.
