Ever heared a quiet, slithering sound of a garden snake? Imagine that, but much larger. Thats a boa constrictor.

BOA DESCRIPTION
They are very long. As long as 13 feet!
They have no eyelids, so their eyes are always open.
Most boas are nocturnal.
They are very heavy, up to 100 pounds!
They are a reptile.

Some boas are native to South America.
Other boas live in Central America.
Some boas live as north as Canada.
They like moist rainforests.
Some live in grasslands.
