How is it inherited?

  • Chromosomal mutation
  • If heterozygous, inherited in an autosomal dominant manner
  • If homozygous, inherited in an autosomal recessive manner

Symptoms

  • No signs at first
  • Blood clots are the first indication
  • Some are harmless
  • Others are lethal

Most vulnerable

  • Only caucasians (White People) are affected

Diagnose

  • No way to diagnose without symptoms (blood clots)
  • After symptoms it can be diagnosed

Treatments

  • Anticoagulants (blood thinners) will help blood clots
  • Fitness is important
  • Eat healthy
  • Be happy, be healthy™
