Amendment 1:
Speech: can speak freely of anything or anyone without being punished

Press: can write and print anything about anyone without being punished

Religion: can follow any religion you wish to be a part of

Assembly: can gather with any number of people about anything for any reason

Petition: can petition anything for any reason

Amendment 2:
Bear Arms: can carry or house weapons in your home if you wish to

Amendment 3:
No Quartering: not permitted to allow any soldier in your home if you do not wish to

Amendment 4:

Search and Seizure: not permitted to allow any authority to search your house for anything

Amendment 5:
Self Incrimination: you do not have to testify against yourself in any case

Due Process: allowed safety from arbitrary denial of life, liberty, or property by the Government outside of national law

Amendment 6:
Right to Speedy Trial: allowed a quick trial so they do not have to be withheld for a long period of time

Amendment 7:
Right to attorney: allowed an attorney in a trial

Right to jury of peers: bystanders (peers) are allowed to testify

Right to jury in civil cases exceeding $20: can have a case that is more than $20

Amendment 8:
No cruel and unusual punishment: do not have to allow or do anything consequential that is unusual

Amendment 9:
Just because a right is not stated in the Constitution, does not mean you don't have it

Amendment 10:
All rights not given to the Federal Government are given to the states
