1. Religion

You can follow any religion

1. Speech

You have the right to speak your mind

1. Press

You can put anything out on print

1. Assembly

Your group can assemble for any cause

1. Petition

You can protest against a law or idea

2. Arms

You can own a gun or arm

3. Quarting Soldiers

Soldiers can not stay at your home without consent

4. Privacy

People have to have a warrant and cause to search your things

5. The Accused

Suspected criminals have get fast trials and rights

6. Speedy Trials

Those being tried are given a fair case w/ jury

7. Civil Trials

The jury is made up of different people who don't know you or have ideas yet

8. Cruel/unusual Punishment

No one is to be mistreated or be given

9. Power of the People

People have other rights

10. Power of the states

Unless government power, it all goes to the state (like marriage)
