  • If people can't picture your ideal client, they can't refer you
If I say "im looking for anyone who needs to refinance" that's vague and vague doesn't travel

If I say I;m looking for a business owner who has 5-25 employees who wants to refinance then that clears things up

Questions Build Referrals

  • The best communicators ask better questions than everyone else

Questions uncover things and timing is everything

Feedback Prevents Friction

  • Frustration comes from unspoken expectations
