Employment / Outlook
The need for authors hasn't increased dramatically or decreased dramatically as of late. It has been consistent. But
personally I think there should be more authors, to get people thinking more.

I would like to pursue this career because literature and other art forms have helped me through a lot, and always will be a safe place for me. I want to help provide a safe hiding, healing, and coping place for others who are going through their own problems. I want to make others feel something, anything. Feeling something is better than feeling nothing at all, this I have learned firsthand.
