Ivan Pavlov
Used a dog and some meat powder and he rung a bell every time he fed the dog. The dog began to salivate every time he saw the food and heard the bell, soon the dog begun to salivate even though he heard the bell and there was no food.
John B. Watson
Believed that psychology should only pertain to observable facts. He explained that instinctive behavior is the result of conditioning and occurs from a stimulus that's present.
B.F. Skinner
Introduce the concept of reinforcement; a response to a behavior that increases the likelihood the behavior will be repeated.
