Personal Example of Hard Work Paying Off
My basketball team last year was made of small town kids, that nobody has ever heard of. Throughout the year, we spent tons of hours working hard in the gym. As a team, we pushed ourselves to set a goal of winning the Massachusetts State Championship. In the regular season, our team went undefeated. We won the playoff games and the District Championship. Then we went on to the State Tournament. In our hard fought season, we worked hard and it paid off by my team winning the Massachusetts State Championship.

BASKETBALL IS FUN

• Basketball isn't all about being competitive
• It can be fun in so many different ways
• You don't just have to play games either
• Even if your not good at the sport, it is fun to play
