Pooh, Rabbit, Owl, Piglet, Tigger, Eeyore, Kanga, and the author's son Christopher Robin.
This book is a series of small stories about the life of Christopher Robin, Pooh, and his other animal friends in Ashdown Forest.
The character Christopher Robin is actually the author's son, who had a teddy bear in which the book is based off.
Winnie the Pooh was banned in a United Kingdom school because it might offend Muslim students and parents because they could not eat pork.
The Muslim Council of Britain, though, stated that the protestors misunderstood the Koranic law that Muslims are not allowed to eat pork.
One school in California actually banned all clothing related to Winnie the Pooh to support their strict dress code.
Winnie the Pooh was also protested as an "insult to God"
This group of parents in Kansas believed that animals should not be put on the same level as humans.
