Babylonian also known as Assyro-Babylonia mathematics, was developed or practiced by the Mesopotamians.Babylonian Mathematics was developed by the sumerian people in 539 B.C

WHAT?
The Babylonians used a base number system. The base number system is 60, used today for measuring time,60 seconds in a minute,60 minutes in an hour,and for measuring angle 360 degrees in a full turn.Babylonian mathematics is a range of numeric and more advanced mathematical practice in the ancient near east,written in cuneiform script.

WHERE?
Babylonian mathematics refers to mathematics developed in Mesopotamia,from the days of the early sumerians to the fall of babylon in 539 B.C and is especially known for the development of the Babylonian System.

WHEN?
The Babylonian Mathematics was developed in 539 B.C.Two-thirds of the recovered tablets are considered "Old Babylonian Mathematics'' dating between 1800 and1600s B.C
