INTRODUCTION

• The Aztecs started in the the 13th century. They had a big empire that a lot of their enemies wanted. Later on the spanish conquistadors defeated the Aztecs In 1521.

AZTECS ORGIN

• Aztecs originated as a tribe in the northern part of Mexico. They started in the 13th century .

AZTECS LANGUAGE

• Nahuatl was Aztecs language in the mid 1350s. Their language made them gain power and spread their cultures fast.

AZTECS EMPIRE

• The Aztecs empire was from central Mexico to the southern part of Mexico. It was a large empire that the Aztecs ruled in the 15th and 16th century .

TENOCHITLAN

• They founded tenochitlan in 1325. It remained as their chief center.

AZTECS SUCESSES

• Aztecs created a great state and empire with their great agriculture. They had a good cultivation and irrigation systems.

AZTECS RELIGON

• Aztecs religion was a lot like Mesoamericas cultures. The believed in 13 heavens and 9 underworlds.

AZTECS CALANDER

• Their calendar was common to Mesoamericas. It had a solar year of 365 days and a sacred year of 260 days.

CUATEMOC

• He became leader of the Aztecs in 1521. He surrendered hernan cites , that ended the Aztecs empire and the begging of the Spanish dominion in Mexico.

AZTECS CLOTHING

• There cloths was loose and covered all of their body. Aztecs used dyes of array to create the bright color on their clothing.

COLLAPSED

• Aztecs were defeated by the tlaxaca in 1515. The Spanish people then took their independence.

CONCLUSION

• The Aztecs were once a big empire. We now still have some Aztec cultures and use some of their culture. Now a days we see their calendar and books that still tell us about them.
