Eating Habits

  • Eating is one of the most important parts of fostering a healthy life
  • Some benefits are a longer life, strong bones, and healthy internal organs
  • But how can we be aware of how to eat?
  • The number one thing to do, is to read the food labels
  • The labels will always tell you the protein and amount of healthy and unhealthy fats in a certain food

Exercise

  • Exercise is just as important as the food we eat
  • A good plan is at least 150 minuets of moderate aerobic exercise per week
  • The heart is a muscel and must be worked as a muscel, this is why exercise is just as important as food managment

Awareness

  • Being aware of your health does not mean doing everything right. Being aware means you are realizing and making attempts on bettering your health.
