Author Steven Kellogg

Steven Kellogg is an American author and illustrator. Born October 26, 1941 in Norwalk, Connecticut. He knew from an early age Drawing would be his career.

Steven Kellogg majored in illustration at Rhode Island School of Design. He has also won numerous awards.

Kellogg credits his two younger sisters with driving his passion for illustrating and writing. He states that his early success was due to surging interest in Children's books

Kellogg would play a game with his sisters. Sitting in between the two of them, Steven would make up a story on the fly, and doodle illustrations to go along with the story.
