We own things and specific responsibilities.
We think about how they enable our customers to succeed, how we maintain high standards for new team members, how they will succeed, and how HireVue will succeed at the same time and look for opportunities to take on more.
We trust ourselves and don't have large volumes of policies and procedures. Instead we use good judgment (i.e., work from home policy, travel policy, sick days, vacation, etc).
