Summative- "Formal": Essays, Project Based, Oral Exams, Exhibits,

Performance: Must DO something. Portfolio, group projects, etc. Show major soft skills. Relates to MAJOR real life experiences.

Student Ownership: Self and Peer assessments using rubrics.
