- Began in Calgary during 1988
- Kick-started by a national television programme to advertise hair products
Venture Communications started off after Arlene was laid off at her t.v. Sales job, she was then asked to partner with one of her co-workers founding Venture Communications. Their 1st client was Bob Morrisette, a hairdresser. They were to present a national television programme in Vancouver at the Pan-Pacific Hotel in front of 1,200 hair dressers. This programme kick started venture communications.
