  • Shortness of breath
  • Inability to stay calm
  • Numbness or tingling
  • Dry mouth
  • Cold or sweaty hands

WAYS TO DEAL WITH ANXIETY

  • Practice breathing techniques
  • Try to get physical exercise
  • Talk to others about it
  • Do activities to ease your mind
  • Get rest
