HYPOTHERMIA

  • Hyperthermia is usually caused by prolonged exposure to cold tempature
  • You can prevent hyperthermia by wearing protective clothing to prevent body heat from escaping your body and staying dry
  • It occurs when your core body temptress drops to 35 degrees C

HYDRATION

  • To stay hydrated you should try to drink as much water as possible because you want to put extra in fluid in your body.
  • Dehydration can cause vomiting, fever and even death!
  • Water, like oxygen is essential to life, you can only survive 3-5 days without water.

FIRE BUILDING

  • While building a fire make sure you do not build it underneath a tree because It will melt the snow on the tree branches which will eventual.y dowse you're fire.
  • A good place to build your fire is possibly a rock
  • Building a fire can save your life but you need to make sure you do it properly and safely
