Silk enables you to publish your own data to create interactive data visualisations. The free account gives you up to 3000 pages and the ability to collaborate with others. You can also embed your visualisations into your own web-pages.

Again this is free and can be embedded into your own web-pages. You can add text, pictures and video.

Tiki-Toki is another timeline tool with the option of displaying data in 3D.
