aMUR lEOPARD CUBS
The Amur Leopards gestation is usally 90-105 days
The breading season is usally January or Febuary
The litter size is usally 1-6 cubs

In winter baby Amur's fur grows up to 7.5 cm long
At 10 days eyes open
When cubs are two they leave parants
Tongue has tiny hooks, called denticles witch used to scrape the meat of their prey

ADULT aMUR LEOPARDS
Males weigh 32-48 kg, but can weigh 75 kg
Females weigh 25-43 kg
Females breed at age 3-4 years old
When in wild they live for 10 -15 years
In captivity they can live 20 years
They are 1.1-1.4 m long

In the summer fur on back is 2.5 cm
In winter fur on back is 5 cm, fur on belly is 7 cm
They see victim/ prey from 1.5 km away
They are the only leopard that can live in cold climates
They mature at the age of 2.5-3 years old

POPULATION statistics
The Amur Leopard can be found in Land of Leopard National Park in Russia
In 2007 only 30 leopards existed in Russia
In 2015 57 Leopards were in Russia
There are 8-12 Leopards in China

Habitat
The land they are on is 3000 sq km ( 1,200 sq,miles)
When they relocate they travel on left over trails from other Amur Leopards

They are poached largely for beautiful spotted fur
Fur being sold for 500-1000 dollars
Being hunted by rich and poor local villagers
lions and tigers eat the leopard

Many people in the world is reducing logging practices
Construction companies helping by rerouting pipe lines that were originaly supposed to go through their habitat
A group of people created an alliance that helps by reducing illegal fire arms

What they eat
They quietly watch their prey until they attak their prey reaching 35 miles per hour
The hide unfinished kills in the bush so they can not betaken by other predators
They eat Roe deer, Sika deer, Badgers and Heares
