1ST AMENDMENT

  • The freedom of speech
  • The right to say what ever you want to say

2ND AMENDMENT

  • The right to bare arms
  • You have the right to use and purchase a weapon

3RD AMENDMENT

  • Quartering of soldiers
  • U can allow a soldier to be in your house or not

4TH AMENDMENT

  • Search and seizure
  • To keep all rights of the people secure

5TH AMENDMENT

  • Grand jury
  • No one half to answer to the capital

6TH AMENDMENT

  • Prosecution Jury trial
  • U have the right to account a public trial

7TH AMENDMENT

  • Law suits jury trial
  • Controversy can exceed 20 dollars

8TH AMENDMENT

  • Excessive bail or fines
  • Excessive bail is not required and cruel punishment is not required

9TH AMENDMENT

  • Non-enumerated
  • You rights cannot be denied

10TH AMENDMENT

  • Rights reserved to states or people
  • The powers are split between the people and the states
