AMENDMENT 14

• Section 1: If you were born in America, then you have all rights
• Section 2: The house of reps is divided up according to the population of the states
• Section 3: if you have been found to aid the enemy, you cannot be elected to public office unless cleared by a two-thirds majority of both Senate and House of Reps.
• Section 4: we are not allowed to go into debt to support our enemies.
• Section 5: Congress can enforce everything in the article

AMENDMENT 15

• Section 1: Any person can vote no matter race, color, or ethnicity
• Section 2: Congress has the power to enforce everything in this article.

AMENDMENT 16

• Section 1: Congress may collect taxes
