Real Talk or DEW dialogue options, including a) at least 2 ongoing RT or DEW dialogue sessions, b) RT Common Read (spring), c) write a series for RT Weekly emails
Mines DI&A workshops (such as on Implicit Bias, Minimizing Microaggressions, etc.)
Individualized action plan to improve equity, inclusion, and/or access within your area of responsibility or other institutional programs, organizations, or committee
