Have you ever wondered what a 3D actual mummy looks like? Let's face it mummies are gross but not everyone thinks that. Some people think that mummies are very interesting over the thousands of years they have been sleeping. But to become a mummy you need to be as rich as a pharaoh and go through the mummification process.egyptians believe That once your a mummy you can go to the afterlife or as people like to call it the kingdom of the dead. I wish I could show you ancient Egypt. Well now I can with my time traveling machine. Beep! wrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr .

Back when tombs weren't made and pyramids weren't invented people were buried in the hot dry desert. For example people were picked in random places of the desert to have the dead person burial. From my research they were put down in the sleeping possession on a bed of wood then they were covered with sand on top of them and then they were forgotten. Now my final thoughts are that pyramids were made and everybody is now buried there. I wondered what it would be like to be buried in the desert.

The afterlife is something that Egyptians believed to be the kingdom of the dead. First of all when Egyptians were going into the afterlife they took a boat and then once they arrived they would have to complete a series of obstacles to see if they were worthy in the kingdom of the dead. For example the obstacles contained spike, flames, lava jumps and other things that include certain death. I wonder how many people made it through the obstacles?

When you are a mummy you have spiritual beings which are call your Ba and Ka. My research says your ba is a bird that has a human's head and it keeps in contact with your friends and family. My research shows that your Ka is a duplicate of your spirit that does all the obstacles for you. My final thoughts are the other spirit was immediately transported to where the god were. So looks like your Ka is a reflection.

King tut also known as King tutankhamen was a famous pharaoh. My belief is not because he was a famous leader but of how he died. For instance he died when he was 18 years old but how he died was unknown. He was buried in 3 coffins. I am realizing that the first 2 coffins were made out of wood. The last one is made out of pure gold. My research shows he was also buried with his jewels and treasures from the people of ancient Egypt. That is why King tutankhamun was a famous pharaoh

The Egyptians believed that some organs were not needed in the afterlife.First of all they took the brain out then threw it out since it wasn’t important in the afterlife. I believe they left the heart inside because it was important to the spirit. Afterwards they took the internal organs out and place them in jars.My belief is that the gods migh’t need them so they put the gods face on them so they can be transported to the gods. I wonder what it looks like when they take out the intestine.

The way that Egyptians thought that people can rest in peace is a process called mummification. First they cut open the body and take all the internal organs out including the heart. The brain is removed from the nose by a hook. The body is washed with wine or vinegar. It’s left for 40 days to dry with salt around it. Then it’s stuffed with sawdust or leaves. They put the heart back in and put stones where the eyes were. Oil and spices are rubbed on the body on the body so it doesn't dry or crack. Finally it takes 15 days to wrap it in with bandages. They hide charms in the wrapping. I wonder what people thought of this process

Now do you believe me? Mummies are gross but they probably know more about the history of Egypt. The trials of opisticles sound very hard and very dangerous. King tut is a famous pharaoh but we still want to know how he died. And the mummification sounds like a very gross process. So mummies are gross but hold lots of information from ancient Egypt.
