• Alice springs was murdered by her husband rusty
• She was buried in a swamp on mt. Horeb
• We believe rusty is guilty due to the evidence

• Soil from the shovel in the garage
• Soil from the bed of the truck
• Darker soil from under the fender
• Lighter soil coating darker soil under the fender

• Proved that the shovel was used in the swamp
• Lied about his alibi
• Matched the soil on Alice's body
• Put his truck at the scene of the crime
